Our Story

Our approach offers you so much more than a transaction, we offer you an expert service and a lasting relationship. This starts with your consultation; the first chapter in your story.

About Us

STORY represents the highest standards in excellence, safety and aesthetic results.  We treat women and men, old and young and all skin types and tones.

Every face tells a unique story – we don’t change who our clients are and we know that our treatments don’t define them; we simply help them to write their story the way they want it to be told.

Our Approach

Step 1: Consultation

Your first visit will begin with a consultation. This is a space for you to really tell us what results you are looking for and why. During your consultation your practitioner will carefully assess your skin and facial structure so that they can work out the best treatments for you. They will then work with your preferences, requirements and budget to recommend either a single treatment or a course of treatments.  Consultations are free and bookable online.

Step 2: Treatment

You may choose to have a treatment straight after your consultation or you might want to return for this on another day. Either way, our practitioners will take care of you and support you through the process. We will provide you with an ongoing treatment plan to maintain your results and can recommend supportive home skin care products tailored to your needs.

Step 3: Aftercare

Our care does not stop at our clinic door! We provide aftercare advice, post treatment products and access to a wide range of medical-grade skin care solutions. Our practitioners are always on hand to offer you follow-up appointments, skincare prescriptions and to answer any questions. In fact, we are accessible 24/7 – if you are worried about a treatment side effect then you can use our Post Treatment Hotline to access a STORY Doctor straight away.
